I recognize how hard it can be to seek change and ask for help; I love supporting clients in this work. I am passionate about people and our diverse experiences. I believe we all can benefit from telling our stories and finding new ways to understand them. Research reveals that clients who trust and feel comfortable with their therapists, report better results. Knowing this to feel all too true in therapy, together, we'll create a collaborative relationship based on trust, curiosity, understanding, and humor in order to find growth and healing for you.

I enjoy working with clients on a variety of concerns including anxiety and depression, sexual identity, stress management, life transitions, chronic illness, career, grief, and relationship dynamics. I admire the resilient human spirit in each of us & hope to build from that as we get to know your present & past challenges.

I have worked clinically in colleges and public school settings across LA and Orange Counties from elementary schools through high school age and into the undergraduate and graduate years. In this school work, I have supported students and families healing from trauma, mental health crises, grief, academic challenges, and relationship issues. I have provided college-level mental health counseling at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), the University of Southern California (USC), and Glendale Community College serving a diverse populations of adults of all ages.
